What Is GH3128 Superalloy Material?

GH3128 Superalloy Material is a solution-strengthened nickel-based superalloy with high plasticity, high durable creep strength, good oxidation resistance, stamping and welding properties. Its comprehensive properties are better than similar nickel-based solution alloys such as GH3044 and GH3536.It is a Special Steel Material.

Its comprehensive performance is better than that of similar brocade-based solution alloys such as GH3044 and GH3536. Process Performance and Requirements:

Welding Performance:

1. The welding performance of the plate is good, and it can be welded by xenon arc welding, welding and spot welding, all of which can get satisfactory welded joint quality, and the joint strength coefficient is greater than 90%; 2. Can be welded with GH3044, GH3039, GH1140, GH3030 and 1Cr18Ni9Ti and other plates. Heat treatment process of parts:

1. The solution treatment temperature of the afterburner parts of the aero engine is 1200°C and 10°C, and it is air-cooled

2. The solution temperature of the flame cylinder parts of the combustion chamber is 1160°C°C 10°C°C;

3. The intermediate treatment temperature of the parts when stamping and forming multiple times is 1100°C to 20°C, and the holding time is determined according to the thickness of the parts and the furnace loading situation. Surface Treatment Process: Parts working at high temperatures can be effectively protected with W-2 enamel coating
