Inspection Process

We conduct full blind-spot-free dimensional inspection for all core products, covering steel pipes and stainless steel bars. For all steel pipe types, we inspect outer/inner diameter, wall thickness, length, roundness, straightness and end flatness.
For stainless steel bars and solid profiles, we check diameter, side/thickness dimension, straightness, flatness and overall length tolerance. Both standard and custom non-standard products undergo strict pre-shipment dimensional verification.
