What is Monel 400？

Monel 400 Alloy Steel，also called is UNS N04400 or MCu-28-1.5-1.8 or Ni68Cu28Fe,It is a nickel-based alloy material with good corrosion resistance in seawater, chemical solvents, ammonia, sulfur, chlorine, hydrogen chloride, various acidic media such as sulfuric, hydrofluoric, hydrochloric and phosphoric acids, organic acids, alkaline media, salts and molten salts.

Monel 400 is mainly used in the fields of chemical and petrochemical industries as well as marine development.
