Q1: What is the difference between C11000 and C10200 (oxygen-free copper)?

A1: C11000 (ETP copper) contains trace oxygen (O ≤ 0.06%), with low cost and good weldability, which is the most commonly used type. C10200 (OF copper) has extremely low oxygen content (<0.001%), no hydrogen embrittlement risk, but higher cost, suitable for vacuum, high-temperature, and high-precision electronic scenarios.

Q2: How to avoid hydrogen embrittlement of C11000 copper tube?

A2: C11000 copper tube is prone to hydrogen embrittlement when heated in a reducing atmosphere above 370℃. It is recommended to avoid welding and use in a high-temperature reducing atmosphere; if necessary, use protective atmosphere annealing to reduce the risk.
